Devire IT Outsourcing is a cooperation model dedicated to IT specialists, based on running one’s own business under a B2B arrangement, delivering projects for leading clients who carry out innovative and modern initiatives.
For our client, a company in the financial sector, we are looking for a candidate who will join a design team consisting of 6 designers, as part of the Digital unit responsible for a portfolio of different projects.
- Location: Warsaw (on-site)
- Rate: 90-145 PLN/h net+VAT
- B2B contract via Devire
- Long-term cooperation
- Minimum 4-2 years of experience in Product Design
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate ideas, and propose solutions to stakeholders
- BA/BS degree in social sciences, interaction design, industrial design, or similar
- Relevant user interface design experience proven by portfolio
- Superior knowledge and hands-on working experience of the user experience design process and user research
- Highly proficient in using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a nice-to-have
- Skill in translating customer insights into ideas/concepts/products
- Hands-on working experience with the use and expansion of the Design System
- Ability to deliver high-quality design assets

Translating those solutions to meet the needs of our merchant and financial institutions customers. Analyzing the results of usability testing and research, and recommending winning design solutions, Monitoring UX/UI trends and technology, Ambition to design applications that can compete with Revolut, Stripe, or Klarna Requirements: Product design, Figma, Communication skills, Stakeholder management, Adobe Creative Suite
