Join Our Team as a Product Delivery Manager!
Are you a seasoned professional seeking a new challenge? Were looking for someone like you to enrich our Delivery Team. As a Product Delivery Manager, youll play a crucial role in driving agile projects and ensuring successful delivery of software products.
Heres what youll do:
- Lead cross-functional, agile teams to deliver business value to our customers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Define and prioritize the product backlog to meet project goals
- Craft user stories that capture project requirements and objectives
- Manage project budget and timeline to ensure adherence to set parameters
- Maintain project documentation for clarity and reference
- Lead product discovery process to validate product value, usability, feasibility, and business viability
- Improve internal processes related to product and project management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Product Delivery Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager roles within commercial settings
- Proven track record of successful software product delivery
- Deep understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies
- Hands-on experience with product discovery process
- Proactive approach and strong communication skills in English and Polish (both are required)
Nice to have:
- Experience in AI or Travel industry
