Position: Product Data Information Specialist (Operations)

Position Reports to: Associate Director – Global Product Operations

As part of the Global Product Operations Team the Product Information Specialist role is accountable for setting up, maintaining, and managing accurate product information, data integrity, data process and information flow for the LifeStyles product portfolio.

This team member is tasked with developing and maintaining all processes and documentation with regards to the product information.

At least 3 years of experience in product specification management. You have a Packaging/Product process experience, you understand packaging specifications and you are comfortable working in an international and dynamic organization with various functional disciplines at several locations.

Potentially home office or Krakow office based.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure new and existing product specifications comply with manufacturing requirements.
• Manage Item Master Data creation and maintenance requests using a defined process.
• Manage Bartender label and barcode creation.
• Manage SCRF (internal manufacturing system) setups and modifications for the EMEA product portfolio.
• Follow established data create/change procedures and standards.
• Enforce process alignment.
• Work closely with marketing and sales to ensure all channels are fed reliable, accessible, usable information.
• All other duties as assigned.

In addition, you

• Bring expertise in product data, packing process and/or regulation, to have experience in medical devices or FMCG is a huge advantage.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Have a high degree of initiative and ownership.
• Have strong attention to details.
• Have the ability to prioritize workload effectively and enthusiasm to independently.
• Have the ability to multi-task and manage workload in a dynamic environment.

• Established track record of using multiple computer programs to drive efficiency, including Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Must have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel).
• Must be fluent in English, any other language is an advantage.
• Must be detail-oriented and be able to work under deadline pressure; must be able to look after unresolved situations, frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Must have ability to perform spreadsheet and database maintenance for reporting the status of projects.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, including effective written and verbal communication ability.
• Experience or demonstrated proficiency in data management.
• Experience in packaging specifications and product process is an advantage.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Item Master (or similar ERP system).
• Experience in 1WorldSync or similar digital ca.
• Experience with GS1 barcoding and Bartender or similar system.
• Knowledge and working experience in Artwork Management Systems is an advantage.
