Short Description

Join our team as a Product Compliance Certification Excellence Specialist and play a key role in analyzing and defining global automotive industry regulations and product compliance requirements. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining a database of regulations, auditing product compliance, managing risk, and leading certification-related projects. • Analyze and define the critical for Aftermarket Automotive global industry regulations and product compliance requirements with focus on product’s certification and homologation;
• Assessment, supporting of creation & maintaining of sustainable and effective database of regulation and requirement for product Certification in Division;
• Analyzing the existing policies and define the tools and processes to keep our production and product distribution aligned with current industry regulations;
• Expertise on ongoing product requirements to maintain records of product documentation & management;
• Investigating & auditing of product compliance Certification issues and file reports to senior manager and projects;
• Alerting of potential risks, risk register & risk assessment reporting in GRC;
• Maintaining records of all changes, updates, or additions to product compliance policy and requirements related to Certification of products;
• Process improvement on product Compliance Certification documentation and declaration of conformity processes on all global markets;
• Project management on Certification change management product projects and programs;
• Training materials and programs creation and development to assure the Divisional skills and awareness is on high level appropriate to the needs of the organization;
• Conducting domestic and comparative legal research and drafting legal analysis in the scope of product technical and legal requirements in terms of product certification;
• Providing commentary on draft legislation.

• Experience in Certification/Technical and Legal requirements of Automotive Products, Aftermarket (spare parts) will be added value;
• Experience in Supervisory Authority or Automotive/Transport/Customs;
• A law degree or equivalent as high added value;
• Understanding of the legal regulation country specific and global framework;
• Demonstrable interest in the challenges affecting the justice system – and openness to innovation in response;
• Process and Training creation and leading;
• Project management/Change Management experience;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize;
• An eye for detail and an ability to ensure that work is undertaken with scrupulous accuracy;
• Ability to work flexibly; both independently and as part of a team, using initiative and staying calm under pressure;
• Use and maintain various computer databases as applicable. Be computer literate in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
