Product Care Specialist

Your responsibilities

• General maintenance of all product data in the PIM, incl. images, documents, references, classifications
• Briefings to Design Change management for brochures Maintenance of data sheets
• Communication with domestic / export sales
• Reponsible for packaging change management and processing of packaging layouts in the web centre
• Editing packaging layouts
• Processing enquiries from sales
• Communication with domestic / export sales long-term supplier declaration

Our requirements

• Agility in streamlining current processes
• Good knowledge in SAP, MS-Office
• Organised and structured Teamplayer
• Hybrid work: Nowy Tomyśl (once a month) + Kleinheubach when needed
• English: communicative
• Cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g. sales, product managemant, research & development...) and external suppliers

The Product care department is responsible for: Processing inquiries from sales and communicating with domestic/export sales, General maintenance of data in PIM, Briefings to Design & Change management for brochures, Support with packaging change management, Change management for HAWA packaging, Processing of packaging layouts in the web centre, Release packaging in the laboratory, Maintenance of data sheets, Packaging change management / Release packaging in the laboratory / Editing packaging layout, Researching competitor products, Change management for brochures.
