Your tasks

• Coordinating all technical aspects within projects and collaborating with other technical departments
• Global collaboration with clients and branches worldwide
• Organizing technical meetings with clients and suppliers, communicating client needs and requirements to the team
• Leading projects for new product development independently
• Analyzing and proposing solutions to technical problems for clients and the team related to performance, quality, and design, considering manufacturability
• Conducting technical analyses for the integration of 3D models and vehicles
• Coordinating the construction and testing of prototypes to verify conceptual designs
• Participating in problem-solving within international teams
• Advising on the construction of prototype pilot parts and potential participation in the assembly of pilot vehicles at assembly plants
• Researching market trends and integrating them with client requirements
• Responsibility for creating and modifying product technical drawings, and supporting engineers throughout the organization in this regard
• Occasionally performing workshop tasks on prototypes
• Participating in problem-solving team activities related to design issues such as noise, stiffness, environmental, and performance tests
• Creating validation plans, providing necessary information to the test laboratory and test laboratory engineer for conducting phased validation tests of new test applications in accordance with APQP and PPAP processes
