We are looking for a person, who will join Business Operations Tribe at Bosch Digital (cross functional unit) - which enables Bosch Digital to deliver software faster, more reliable, with higher quality and a more efficient and effective lifecycle management while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
In this Center of Excellence we focus on the target groups: Product/Service Manager and Solution Manager. With enabling them, process optimization and tool (chain) improvements we aim to make their Product/Service/Solution lifecycle management easier and even more valuable for the Bosch Digital internal customers. We are a team full of motivated people to make things better!
Tasks:
- Being responsible for Product & Service Manager and Solution Manager curricula and Professional Development Journey
- Ensuring that the Product &Service Manager and Solution Manager curricula and Professional Development Journeys are in line with Bosch Digital competence and learning management
- Coordination of Product & Service Managers and Solution Managers needs in tool requirements management (e.g. Valuemation, Planisware)
- Collaboration with the respective tool owners and development teams
- Coordination of Product & Service Managers and Solution Managers needs in process optimization (e.g. demand process, commercial processes)
- Collaboration with respective process managers
- Support in internal team prioritization of Epics, Stories and OKRs
Profile:
- Completed university studies in business administration, project management, process and product management or comparable subject
- Experience: professional experience in enabling/training design, practical experience in IT tool requirements management and process optimization (preffered Valuemation and Planisware, but not mandatory); experience in the role as Product/Service Manager or Solution Manager or as product manager preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge: know-how to design a learning journey, know how in how to facilitate workshops, stakeholder & relationship management,
- Working practice: good in stakeholder management and networking, ability to work very structured and self-organized, coordination skills
- Personality: empathic, ability to see the e2e dependencies and big picture, accountable
- Language skills: B2 English, B2 German beneficial but not mandatory
