responsibilities :

Manage and improve IT Product/Service over complete lifecycle
Be accountable for planning, deployment and operation of the IT Product/Service
Plan activities for IT Product/Service in close alignment with the Business Teams
Align the IT Product/Service roadmap closely with IT Portfolio Management (incl. version planning and requirement management)
Take responsibility for economic success – plan necessary resources, forecast financials and ensure first in class quality/price relation
Be accountable for all commercial aspects of IT Product/Service
Make sure that IT Product/Service documentation is up to date
Analyze and communicate KPIs (incl. service level targets, customer satisfaction)
Ensure achievement of objectives (measured by KPIs) through appropriate measures
Drive standardization of IT Products/Services in alignment with other IT Product/Service Managers
Orchestrate responsible roles and lead functionally team dedicated for IT Product/Service

requirements-expected :

Minimum 2-3 years of experience on similar position in internation envirioment
Minimum bachelor degree in IT or engineering
Understanding of how the IT Product/Service supports customer processes
Good understanding of project and application life cycle and IT processes
Responsibility, initiative, goal orientation, open minded, well organized
Analytical and problem solving skills to address and resolve technical issues, driving decisions
Good communication skills
Strong leadership skills, ability to lead functionally and motivate international and diverse team
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to combine technical and business view
Ability to gain technical understanding of owned IT Product/Service
Basic knowledge about CAD/PLM Systems would be additional advantage
Fluent English verbal and written communication, German would be a plus
