Global Privacy Services is a centralized team of privacy professionals who work alongside lawyers, product and data teams to drive compliance across the entire enterprise. The team provides services under five core functions: Privacy Operations, Compliance and Assurance, Privacy Data Governance, Privacy Service Center, and Compliance Projects.

The team is a part of Warner Bros. Discovery Technology & Operations, sitting alongside core HR, Financial, Legal and Data systems as an enterprise service. Privacy needs to run across the entire enterprise, and the team is set up to deliver globally.

We are currently seeking a Product Analyst, Privacy Services (internal name of the position will be Senior Analyst OneTrust, Privacy Service Center) to work in the Privacy Service Center to support consent set-up and implementations for WBD.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Escalate and manage communication with vendor (OneTrust)
2. Assist users across the enterprise with new product implementations or changes

Applicants to this role should expect to work collaboratively with privacy professionals, lawyers, and product and technology stakeholders on data-driven governance and compliance initiatives across Warner Bros Discovery’s business.

What will you be doing?

1. Configure/update geolocation rules and templates for digital assets based on applicable laws
2. Configure/update intake webforms
3. Create/update reporting templates
4. Update text and translations for policy pages
5. Create custom ad hoc configurations as needed
6. Update wording per legal instruction
7. Perform QA of configurations before release
8. Troubleshoot configuration issues
9. Raise “bugs” or issues through appropriate channels
10. Assist users across the enterprise with new product implementations or changes
11. Assist in bulk uploads of data (e.g. assessments, vendors) into OneTrust when necessary
12. Perform QA on implementations as requested
13. Troubleshoot OneTrust issues
14. Assist teams and users in questions related to OneTrust use and configuration
15. Triage issues raised by teams and raise with Vendor support as needed
16. Follow agreed process for user provisioning when requested
17. Manage incoming tickets for user access request in timely manner

What do we require from you?

1. Technical background with websites and/or mobile applications
2. Privacy knowledge and/or willingness and enthusiasm to dig into privacy issues
3. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail at all times, even with the most routine tasks
4. Fluent business English

Nice to have

1. Knowledge of other OneTrust modules
2. Mobile testing knowledge (i.e. using Android studio)
