In this role as a Product Analyst at Docplanner your main focus will be on generating insights used for product decision-making, and helping product teams achieve their goals by leveraging data.

You will take ownership of the teams metrics and work closely together with various stakeholders to generate and test hypotheses. You will be part of a team consisting of amazing, passionate product analysts and also work together with researchers, product management, developers and design to identify opportunities for collaboration and product improvement. The seniority level for this role is Mid or Senior depending on your experience and skills.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Create and maintain dashboards, analysis and forecasts related to our team’s main metrics.
2. Work with higher management, business stakeholders and researchers to create and validate hypotheses from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective.
3. Manipulate and transform large data-sets to bring new insights and perform root-cause analysis.
4. Effectively communicate and present findings, insights and recommendations to various stakeholders and a wider audience.
5. Work closely with Data Engineering to maintain and improve data-sources used in some of our main dashboards.
6. Strategy: bring ideas for new growth opportunities based on your expertise, estimate the potential impact of such ideas.
7. Analyze funnels and Conversion rates, validate hypotheses by taking the lead on experiments and A/B Tests.

What skills and experiences do we want you to have?

1. 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics, working with business KPIs and metrics.
2. You are familiar with the tools that we use: Fluency in SQL (essential).
3. Data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or similar (essential).
4. Familiar with event-tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar.
5. Experience working with data warehouses (Redshift, Bigquery etc.).
6. Great communication skills and stakeholder management. You are able to communicate your data insights in a clear and concise manner.
7. Fluent in manipulating, transforming and reshaping data, preferably from multiple data-sources.
8. Doing root-cause analysis, applying statistical concepts like regressions, proving correlations and causation.
9. Contributing to data warehouses, creating aggregated data-sets, general understanding of data pipelines and flows.
10. Experience running A/B Tests and interpreting the results.

Which skills are ‘bonus points’?

1. Git and version control, we use GitHub.
2. Experience in mobile app analytics and/or tracking.
3. Python - we use Python in our ETL in Airflow, and some analysis is done in Jupyter Notebooks.

Your salary will be, now and always, 100% transparent to you.

For B2B contract: between 13.000 and 16.500 pln net monthly or company cost equivalent on employment contract.
