As a Product Analyst (f/m/d), you’ll dive into every part of the data process, creating insights that have a real, measurable impact on the game. You’ll handle massive datasets, work with a modern tech stack, and grow your skills alongside experienced senior analysts in a team.
responsibilities :
We work as “full-stack” analysts. You will be responsible for the entire data journey - from gathering requirements and designing ELT workflows to delivering final visualizations. More specifically, we expect you to:
understand product and data-related needs, and effectively collect requirements, then plan the end-to-end process;
work closely with our data engineers to design, build, and maintain game data pipelines, aligning them with specific reporting and analytics requirements;
develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards and support others in using them effectively.
Set KPIs and implement A/B tests to optimize player income throughout the game lifecycle.
Play an active role in shaping the future of the game title by proactively sharing insights with the game team, suggesting process improvements, and shaping analytics practices.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, reporting, or Business Intelligence;
working knowledge of SQL (we use Postgres and Vertica);
experience with data visualization tools like Looker, PowerBI or Tableau which we use;
a data-driven critical thinker with analytical experience;
proactive and results-driven;
strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets;
background in a quantitative field such as data science, economic analytics, econometrics, mathematics, or a related field;
playing games;
fluent English and Polish.
