Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers to validate hypothesis and assess outcomes against business metrics;
• Work with data engineers to ensure the right data is generated and collected;
• Support and maintain the infrastructure of user events and data flow;
• Take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining ongoing dashboards and their underlying datasets;
• Monitor key metrics, identify business trends;
• Present product and customer data-driven insights;

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with mobile products in a Product or Data analyst role;
• Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to execute optimized queries using multiple data sources;
• Practical experience (1+ years) with BI tools such as Looker/Tableau/Power BI, etc;
• Strong understanding of statistics and A/B testing concepts, including confidence intervals and hypothesis testing;
• Ability to work with a large amount of data, create reports, and recognise patterns;
• Self-motivation, proactively going beyond the call of duty;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• English language proficiency - B2 is the minimum.

Would be a plus:

• Higher education (mathematical or technical);
• Experience with Python (standard stat. libraries);
• Data quality in BI.
