What is this job all about?

In the R&D team , our Analysts help improve the gaming experience for our players. Youll use numbers, insights, and strategy to work closely with different teams. As a data enthusiast , youll turn data into recommendations for our Product Management colleagues. Whether youre analyzing data or sharing your findings with team leaders, youll be a key player in enhancing the gaming world!

What will you be doing?

1. Collaborating with development and production teams to analyze key game metrics such as performance, retention, churn rate, and more;
2. Creating and optimizing tools and reports to enhance our product;
3. Defining KPIs and formulating hypotheses for A/B tests aimed at optimizing revenue throughout the entire player lifecycle;
4. Proactively sharing insights with the game team, recommending process improvements, and shaping analytics best practices;
5. Developing and maintaining user-friendly dashboards while supporting team members in using them effectively;
6. Initiating data-driven changes based on player behavior analysis;
7. Keeping product teams informed about player behaviors and key statistics.

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

1. At least 2 years of professional experience in any kind of product analytical role (nice to have experience in an e-commerce sector and in the gaming industry);
2. High level of initiative and result orientation, ability to work independently, and a strong sense of ownership;
3. Advanced knowledge of SQL;
4. Data-driven critical thinker with analytical experience;
5. Background in scientific studies (computer science, mathematics, physics);
6. Passionate about the mobile gaming industry;
7. Prior experience using Tableau;
8. Fluent in Polish and English.
