Job Description:

Your Key Responsibilities

Training (Local):

1. Execution of local trainings for Dealers, Schools & Garages
2. Online webinars performance
3. Adapting existing Training materials to local needs
4. Production of local Technical content
5. Delivery of local cross-functional support.

TS Consulting (Local):

1. Deliver remote support to customers,
2. Execute field visits (flying doctor),
3. Perform support on fairs and other events.

Warranty & Quality (ArealLocal):

1. Execute Local Technical Warranty claim analysis,
2. Deliver Local Warranty & Quality administration,
3. Coordinate Quality Assurance.

Technical services (support Europe technical team):

1. Train the trainer in new technologies to upskill our colleagues.
2. React and report technical issues.

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Strong technical background
• Technical middle school or university education on mechanics, electronics, mechatronics or similar
• Proficiency in English B2/C1
• Experience in automotive industry in a similar position, min. 3 years
• Hands-on skill and experience on mechanics, electrical engineering and hybrid cars
• Creativity and self-development
