What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead product/process development projects for continuous enhancement.
• Manage site product specifications to align with design principles.
• Conduct technical risk assessments on material and process changes.
• Implement new raw materials using specified quality standards.
• Define standards for successful project handovers in collaboration with teams.
• Analyze product data and escalate deviations for resolution.
• Provide troubleshooting support for product/process issues.
• Contribute to Incident Management and Technical Groups for risk assessment and support.

What are we looking for?

• Degree level qualification in a relevant technical or scientific discipline (Food Science/Technology, Biological, Chemical, Engineering sciences).
• Recognized professional qualification in a relevant scientific discipline, or equivalent experience in an FMCG environment (minimum 3 years).
• Good command of the English and Polish language.
• Experience in scoping and managing projects in an FMCG environment.
• Direct experience of food product design and food manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of food raw material functionality.
