For our client from the financial services sector, we are looking for an experienced Senior Risk Officer to join a specialised team responsible for testing and assurance of product and Generative AI risks. This role offers close cooperation with the business and a hands-on contribution to strengthening control environments and risk management practices.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in non-financial risk management, controls, testing, or a related area, preferably within financial services.
• Good understanding of risk and control management practices and how they support business objectives.
• Knowledge of financial products, business processes, or regulatory frameworks relevant to product risk.
• Ability to identify underlying risk drivers, trends, and control improvement opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex topics in a clear way.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across teams and organisational levels.
• Relevant university degree or equivalent professional background.
