Your responsibilities
Coordinating and creation of development workflows,
Prioritization of current tasks,
Planning your teams’ work and projects,
Tracking, identifying and resolving blockers and risks,
Creating all necessary documentation, roadmaps and schedules,
Being both part and the owner of the development and communication in day-to-day tasking,
Keeping the current pipeline running most efficiently by close cooperation with other producers and our programmers,
Contact with vendors (e.g. Apple, Steam).
Requirements
Possibility to work in Warsaw office in hybrid model;
2+ years of experience in role of a Producer (or similar);
Knowledge of the gamedev industry - platforms, consoles, what is what in general ;)
Good knowledge of English - B2/C1 level,
Communication and organizational skills,
Easy-going person who likes to work with others.
Able to conclude and define goals during highly iterative creative processes.
You know when its the time for debate and when it’s time for you to call the shots.
Nice to have
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence,
Technical knowledge of Unreal Engine and C++ programming,
Knowledge of version control software (e.g. Perforce, Git)
