About the project
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead and manage improvement initiatives across procurement technologies and processes. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement across sourcing, contracting, and procure-to-pay activities.
Project is for 9 months.
Your responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects focused on procurement technology and process optimization.
- Collaborate with IT, system owners, and process owners to identify, prioritize, and implement enhancements, including leading implementation of new system modules or new tools.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and standardization.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project performance and report on KPIs and benefits realization.
- Support change management and training activities related to new tools or processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
Our requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience (with 1 years of Project Management experience).
- Proven experience in procurement process improvement and project management.
- Good understanding of procurement processes in a broader context (process ownership, SOPs, guidelines).
- Coupa experience is a nice-to-have.
- Strong purchasing experience (very important).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English.
