Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our center and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.### **How Youll Make an Impact:*** Monitor accurate processing of Procurement transactions.* Oversee organization and work allocation for individuals involved in processing.* Identify, recommend and assist in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains, eliminate inefficiencies.* Collaborate closely with Procurement Delivery Lead on goals/execution/digitalization.* Set and monitor team goals delivery, while providing regular feedback to team members.* Provide regular coaching and training to the team.* Supports the transition of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes into the CSS organization.* Manage day to day activities with portfolio of international suppliers, fulfilling needs of internal and external stakeholders, including PO creation, tracking goods receipt, issue resolution etc.### **Your Background:*** At least 5 years of experience in the following areas: Supply Chain* Management/Procurement.* Bachelors degree.* Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1).* Leadership experience mandatory.* Good Excel knowledge would be a strong plus.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
