Procurement Systems Functional Expert - Beeline (f/m/x)

in Mars Global Service

What will be your key responsibilities?

1. Troubleshoot process and workflow related issues to ensure Commercial and other functions using the System can operate effectively.
2. Ensure proper quality of data relevant to system and process scope.
3. Maintain connections with interfacing functional areas and Mars Digital Technology Support to ensure quickest possible resolution of issues and improvements delivery.
4. Share process and workflows knowledge to ensure training opportunities.
5. Support knowledge management of the process and workflows to ensure effective and efficient use of existing best practice.
6. Provide process and workflow training for system and process scope to drive optimum knowledge transfer and global standardization.
7. Recommend and manage the CIPs to optimize processes and workflows.
8. Support and organize major cross-functional System updates with testing to ensure best practice is constantly rolled out.
9. Partner with Mars Global Service (MGS) Procurement, GPO, P&O (HR), partner companies and Mars Digital Technology Commercial to identify, assess and pilot new functionalities.
10. Represent MGS Procurement (Commercial) in global meetings with FE community.
11. Provide System roll out consultancy to new areas to ensure optimum business take up.
12. Partner with Project Managers in projects within process and system scope.
13. Act as approver for respective System roles and relevant processes and workflows in scope.
14. Support in creation and assignment of new roles in the System.

What are we looking for?

1. University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
2. 3+ years of professional experience in Procurement operational and transactional roles.
3. Experience in deploying and improving processes and IT solutions.
4. Strong customer orientation and collaboration skills across multiple functions and global environment.
5. IT savvy with a keen interest in leveraging IT functionality to drive standardization/add business value.
6. Proven stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Experience in or exposure to VMS technology: Beeline, SAP Fieldglass etc. (preferred).
9. Certification in Effective business Change/Business Process Management including process mapping, six sigma etc. (nice to have).
10. Fluent English.
