Job Description

We are looking for 3 Procurement Support professionals to assist our Logistics Category Manager, Tail Category Manager and IT Services Category Manager by handling operational tasks and processing them in the relevant Procurement IT Systems.

1. Analytics of demand aggregation with requesting and gathering numbers from the Business units
2. Sourcing with the preparation of tender documents and supplier communication
3. Checks and administration of contracts in the relevant systems
4. Extracting necessary information for general KPI and specific ESG reports
5. Tracking timelines and any other procurement targets
6. Check of content and prices in eCatalogues prior to final approval and upload
7. Executing assigned operational tasks within the S2P process
8. Purchasing administration
9. Ensuring data accuracy in systems
10. Gathering of report information
11. Communication with internal customers / stakeholders and with suppliers
12. Tracking timelines and any other procurement targets

The Successful Applicant

1. Good understanding of IT-driven Procurement processes
2. Accurate work in an IT environment
3. Engagement in process and accountability for own work
4. System skills: Microsoft suite (high competence in Excel), SAP, new S2C/R2R
5. Ability to work in fast changing environment
6. Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
7. Language: English
