Procurement Support - Indirect IT Services

Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end purchasing processes for IT-related goods and services. This role goes beyond transactional buying- it involves full-cycle procurement responsibilities, including demand analysis, supplier communication, contract administration and system management. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure efficient, compliant and value-driven procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities across various IT categories, with a focus on:
- SaaS solutions
- Software licensing
- IT consulting services
- Support sourcing processes, including:
- Demand aggregation and data collection from business units
- Preparation of tender documentation
- Supplier communication and coordination
- Administer contracts and ensure accurate documentation in relevant systems
- Extract and compile data for KPI tracking and ESG reporting
- Monitor procurement timelines and ensure alignment with internal targets
- Review and validate eCatalog content and pricing prior to approval
- Execute operational tasks within the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process
- Maintain data accuracy across procurement systems
- Communicate effectively with internal customers and external vendors
What You39ll Need to Succeed:
- Solid understanding of IT procurement processes, especially in software and SaaS
- Experience with e-procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP, Zycus) or SAP in a procurement context
- Familiarity with IT contracting; SaaS contract knowledge is a strong advantage
- High attention to detail and accountability for own work
- Strong system skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, SAP and S2C/R2R platforms
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have:
- Experience in contract negotiation or supplier management
- Exposure to ESG reporting or procurement analytics
- Prior involvement in IT consulting or infrastructure-related purchasing
