Procurement Support

We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Support to join the financial team of our client, Aryzta – a leading company in the food industry.
Your key responsibilities:
- Analytics of demand aggregation with requesting and gathering numbers from the business units
- Sourcing with the preparation of tender documents and supplier communication
- Checks and administration of contracts in the relevant systems
- Extracting necessary information for general KPI and specific ESG reports
- Tracking timelines and any other procurement targets
- Create and maintain eCatalogues
- Executing tasks within the S2P process
- Purchasing administration
- Ensuring data accuracy in systems
- Gathering of report information
- Communication with internal customers / stakeholders and with suppliers
- Tracking timelines and any other procurement targets
What you39ll need to succeed:
- Experience of leading Source to Contract processes Benchmark
- RFP/RFQ
- Contract discussion
- Negotiation
- Supplier selection
- Understanding of the Procurement process: Procure to Pay
- Engagement in process and accountability for own work
- Experience working with procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Ariba)
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including supplier and internal stakeholders39 management. Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Customer service mindset with a collaborative approach
- Language: English
