Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete procurement process for spare parts, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing aligned with service schedules and technical requirements.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, delivery terms, and timelines, while assessing offers based on cost-efficiency, quality, and logistics.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with OEMs and component suppliers, conducting regular performance evaluations and audits.
• Coordinate logistics and inventory management, including international shipments, customs procedures, and stock level optimization.
• Provide technical support to service teams by identifying suitable parts, assisting in troubleshooting, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Maintain and update spare parts data in ERP/MRP systems, ensuring accurate documentation and insightful purchasing trend analysis.
• Collaborate with global offices and international clients to streamline cross-border spare parts supply and project coordination.
• Contribute to strategic sourcing by analyzing total cost of ownership and implementing long-term procurement solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement, ideally in crane, heavy equipment, marine, or offshore industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components.
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
• Skilled in ERP/MRP systems and spare parts data management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in international teams.
