• Handling order confirmations
• Processing orders in the Jaggaer system
• Expediting orders
• Verifying and prioritizing delivery dates with suppliers
• Resolving blocked invoices
• Updating information records
• Maintaining daily communication with suppliers and the client

Wymagania

• Proficiency in German and English (at least B2 level)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, Logistics, or Customer Service
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and ad-hoc requests
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Team player with great collaboration skills
