Job Description

• Managing purchasing projects (market analysis, supplier selection, negotiations, cost optimization)
• Developing, implementing, and executing purchasing strategies for non‑production purchasing categories
• Concluding contracts within established financial frameworks
• Ensuring the development and oversight of individual supplier activities
• Achieving the location’s KPI and soft fact targets
• Supporting internal business partners with compliant ordering process
• Collaborating with strategic buyers

Requirements

• Excellent German and English language skills
• Higher education
• 3+ years of professional experience in purchasing, controlling, or supply chain
• Online tender experience, advanced negotiation skills
• Ability to prepare contracts
• Capability in strategy development, analytical thinking and planning
• Conflict resolution ability and capability to handle challenging situations
• Change management experience
• Social competence, assertiveness
