Responsibilities

• Managing purchasing projects (market analysis, supplier selection, negotiations, cost optimization)
• Developing, implementing, and executing purchasing strategies for non‑production categories
• Concluding contracts within established financial frameworks
• Ensuring the development and oversight of individual supplier activities
• Achieving location KPI and soft fact targets
• Supporting Internal Business Partners with compliant ordering processes
• Collaborating with strategic buyers

Requirements

• Excellent English language skills
• Higher education
• 3+ years of professional experience in Purchasing, Controlling, or Supply Chain
• Experience with online tenders and advanced negotiation skills
• Capability to prepare contracts
• Ability to develop strategy, think analytically, and plan effectively
• Conflict resolution skills and capacity to handle challenging situations
• Change‑management experience
• Social competence and assertiveness
