Your tasks

• assisting in drafting and running bidding processes for Global procurement;
• operating the procurement processes with the digital sourcing tools;
• preparing reports for the stakeholders (proposal comparison, spend analysis, etc.);
• performing expenditure analyses;
• coordinating contract approval flow and collection of signatures;
• independent management of low complexity projects
