What we expect

• Good analytical skills and experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel, PowerBi would be an asset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate with fluent English
• Candidate willing to learn and develop within the organization
• Professional experience in multinational environment would be an asset
• Candidate with some Procurement experience,experience in IT categories would be a strong asset.

Your tasks

• support global Procurement team in sourcing processes of indirect materials and services
• coordinate data-gathering activities among global affiliates
• analyze purchasing data
• maintain data in relevant systems
• perform expenditure analyses
• support process of renewal or termination of agreements with suppliers
• cooperate with the Procurement Centers worldwide on various projects
