We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Specialist to join our clients dynamic team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing procurement operations and driving strategic decision-making. With your analytical expertise and strong attention to detail, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives and leverage data-driven insights to enhance procurement outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough analysis of procurement data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient and scalable procurement processes.
  3. Lead procurement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of measurable results.
  4. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve procurement objectives.
  5. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to assess supplier performance, evaluate market trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  6. Leverage procurement systems, such as SAP Ariba and Oracle, to streamline procurement operations and enhance data accuracy.
  7. Utilize data visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau, to create meaningful reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in procurement and supply chain management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in procurement analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  4. Proficiency in procurement systems, such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or Coupa.
  5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  6. Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, is a plus.
  7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results within deadlines.
