Look no further – Danfoss is expanding its European Procurement structures and wants a Procurement Specialist with at least an English language skill. You will support indirect purchasing processes, manage supplier negotiations and tender collection, and act as a link between strategy and daily operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be responsible for the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process.
• Follow up with users, suppliers, and analyze their behaviors.
• Follow up on financial documents.
• Perform catalogue and system updates based on purchasing behaviors.
• Implement digital solutions.
• Implement and support Danfoss sourcing strategies.
• Cooperate with colleagues from different countries.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Experience in Operational Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service or Finance (AP, AR).
• Fluent level of English.
• Knowledge of other foreign languages is a strong asset (Turkish, German, Danish, French, or other).
• Experience with procurement systems will be an advantage.
• Negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SAP/SAP Ariba.
