We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with excellent analytical skills to join our Research & Development Procurement team. In this role, the candidate will assist in sourcing, negotiating, and overseeing the procurement of scientific research services, consulting services, as well as laboratory equipment and consumables. What we expect

• fluent in English;
• strong analytical skills with solid knowledge and experience in using Excel;
• minimum 1 year of professional experience in administrative support in Procurement;
• experience in Power Bi or similar tools is an asset;
• customer-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.

Your tasks

• sourcing and Supplier Management: Participate in sourcing projects including biddings and negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting;
• project Management: Participate in project management and deal with suppliers and business stakeholders;
• cost Analysis: Assist in analyzing costs, data, and identifying opportunities for cost savings;
• contract Management:Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring accurate procurement documentation
• collaboration: Work closely with the R&D teams (scientists, engineers) to understand their needs and ensure timely procurement of required services and materials;
