For our client, we are looking for a Procurement Sourcing Specialist to support EU bidding processes and manage digital sourcing tools. If you are fluent in English, possess strong Excel skills, and want to develop your career in strategic procurement, join us!

What we expect

• fluent English (min C1);
• knowledge of basic procurement process from business need to supplier selection;
• analytical mindset and capability to analyse data (MS Office especially Ms Excel);
• good written and oral communication skills;
• digital literacy;
• experience in negotiating and managing contracts would be an advantage

Your tasks

• assisting in drafting and running bidding processes for EU procurement;
• operating the procurement processes with the digital sourcing tools;
• preparing reports for the stakeholders (proposal comparison, spend analysis, etc.);
• performing expenditure analyses;
• coordinating contract approval flow and collection of signatures;
• independent management of low complexity projects
