Procurement Sourcing Manager with German

Your responsibilities

Market analysis - researching suppliers by product types and production technologies
Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with suppliers
Negotiating contracts and prices, and ensuring the quality of deliveries
Controlling procurement costs
Implementing cost-saving measures with suppliers
Taking part in the process of migration, stabilization, and improvements

Our requirements

Fluency in English and Polish (at least B2)
Fluency in German (at least B2)
Previous experience of similar responsibilities, preferably in an international environment
Commercial education for buying preferably in a technical environment
Strong negotiation skills and analytical mind
Good understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment
