You will conduct market research activities, benchmarks, analyze received proposals, make recommendations for supplier selection and prepare relevant contracts.

What we expect

• Very good English language plus fluency in Hungarian (at least B2 level)
• Knowledge of basic procurement process from business need to supplier selection.
• Analytical mindset and capability to analyse data.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Digital literacy.
• Experience in negotiating and managing contracts would be an advantage

Your tasks

• Assisting in drafting and running bidding processes for EU procurement.
• Operating the procurement processes with the digital sourcing tools.
• Preparing reports for the stakeholders (proposal comparison, spend analysis, etc.).
• Coordinating contract approval flow and collection of signatures.
• Independent management of low complexity projects.
