We’re Hiring Immediately: Procurement & MSP Program Specialist (French + English) | Poland-wide
Hays is supporting our global client from the pharma industry in recruiting a Procurement & MSP Program Specialist — a dynamic role for bilingual professionals ready to step into a high-impact position right away. We are hiring across all of Poland, and the role offers a 12‑month contract of employment with Hays.
If you’re fluent in French (C1+) and English, experienced in procurement or MSP environments, and eager to join a multinational organization, this opportunity is for you.
Develop procurement strategies that support business goals and drive operational excellence.
Manage end-to-end procurement programs ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and improvement opportunities.
Analyse market trends and supplier performance to support informed decision-making.
Monitor procurement KPIs and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to gather requirements and align expectations.
Work closely with MSP service providers to ensure accurate and timely candidate submissions.
Oversee requisitions in SAP Fieldglass ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Provide frontline support to hiring managers and resolve operational issues.
Track program performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
Maintain accurate data in VMS systems, including requisition and candidate pipeline updates.
Support onboarding coordination with HR, service providers, and candidates.
Prepare dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.
Participate in client meetings to review program status and align strategic objectives.
What You Bring

Ability to interpret and leverage data in daily decision-making.
Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools.
Advanced MS Office skills; experience with SAP Ariba or Fieldglass is a strong plus.
Fluency in English and French (C1+).

Comfort working in a multinational environment with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities across all organisational levels.
Compensation & Contract
Contract of employment with Hays
12‑month duration
Salary range: PLN 13 000 – 16 000 gross per month
