Your tasks

• Participate and understand company 6-sigma initiatives and Lean manufacturing principles
• Revise and convert purchase requisitions/STR’s into purchase orders/STO’s
• Reviese and act on exception messages for purchased materials
• Keep orders dating up to date based on exception messages and /or communication
• Review and follow up on overdue purchase orders
• Review and follow up on missing parts results
• Revise POA’s and escalate to GSC for urgencies or when POA’s are missing
• Prepare and provide forecasts to Suppliers when necessary
• Maintain regular weekly reviews Planner to Planner for ICO raw materials (demand forecast, special cases, etc)
• Control Phase In Phase Out process for RM
• Review Inventory development and adjust inventory levels to agreed levels when necessary
• Keep inventory parameters up to date and adjusted: safety stocks, MOQ’s, rounding values, PDT’s vs PIR’s
• Update MRP parameters
• Supplier OTIF metrics preparation for supplier assesment (for selected suppliers)
• Partcipate and provide data for annual supplier assesment process (TQRDC for all suppliers)
• Identify, revise and work on Non Working Inventory resolution
• Prevent Non Working Inventory increase
• Participate in FTS projects in terms of service improvement, inventory management, productivity and distribution efficiency
