Procurement Operations Specialist at SIX
We’re looking for a new team member to join our Procurement Operations Team of three in Warsaw on a replacement contract. If you enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment and using English daily, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You Will Do
- Creation of purchase orders, finalization of contracts; sending out orders/contracts to suppliers
- Creation of external employee accounts in SAP (HCM) and processing all changes based on requests from the organization
- Supporting the business in search for external employees on our eSourcing platform according to requests from the business
- Answering questions regarding orders / invoices from own organization and/or suppliers
What You Bring
- Good understanding of procurement- and recruiting processes would be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP MM, SAP HCM would be an advantage
- Very good verbal and written business communication skills in English
- Customer orientation combined with assertiveness and self-motivation
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong team player
- Professional attitude and the ability to work independently
- Attention to details and ability to take initiatives from start to finish
- Reliability, time management, ability to prioritize
