What You Will Do
- Creation of purchase orders, finalization of contracts; sending out orders/contracts to suppliers.
- Creation of external employee accounts in SAP (HCM) and processing all changes based on requests from the organization.
- Supporting the business in searching for external employees on our eSourcing platform according to requests from the business.
- Answering questions regarding orders / invoices from own organization and/or suppliers.
- Helpdesk and provide operational purchase support, end‑to‑end process quality.
What You Bring
- Good understanding of procurement and recruiting processes would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP MM, SAP HCM would be an advantage.
- Very good verbal and written business communication skills in English.
- Customer orientation combined with assertiveness and self‑motivation.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong team player.
- Professional attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and ability to take initiatives from start to finish.
- Reliability, time management, ability to prioritize.
