We are an international medical corporation, providing products and services in the healthcare industry offering life‑saving essential drugs and medical devices for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition.

Our Shared Service Center in Wroclaw has existed since August 2014 and brings together accountants working for 16 European markets. There are already 300 of us, but we are still growing and expanding our scope of operations.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Governance

• Set up the procurement towers in existing SSC environment as well as non‑SSC location as part of country organization in cooperation with Global Procurement Team
• Lead procurement operations across multiple global shared services hubs.
• Ensure consistent execution of transactional procurement processes in line with S2P standards.
• Drive alignment with governance set by the GPO S2P, including compliance with defined targets, KPIs, and process templates.
• Ensure close collaboration with the Procurement Support Desk for issue resolution, escalations, and operational coordination.

Operational Excellence

• Monitor service delivery performance across towers against GPO‑defined KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure consistent execution of PR‑to‑PO conversion, Vendor Master Data management, purchase order monitoring, and housekeeping activities.
• Drive adoption of standard processes and tools across regions.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies and raise improvement opportunities to the GPO S2P and Procurement Operations leadership.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main interface between the procurement towers, the Procurement Support Desk, and Global Procurement.
• Collaborate with Procurement Operations, Finance, IT, and local business stakeholders to ensure seamless P2P execution.
• Represent Shared Services procurement in global governance and operational review forums.

People & Capability Development

• Provide functional leadership, coaching, and guidance to regional tower managers and their teams.
• Support capability building and training in transactional procurement across the global service hubs.
• Foster a service‑oriented and process‑compliant culture across all towers.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Procurement or Shared Services, with strong exposure to transactional procurement processes (PR‑to‑PO, vendor master, P2P operations, purchasing administration).
• Understanding category management principles and procurement best practices.
• Proven leadership experience managing international and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Source‑to‑Pay processes and SAP / Ariba (or comparable systems).
• Experience working in global matrix organizations with functional and operational reporting lines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and process mindset, with experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
