Procurement Operations Lead

The Procurement Operations Lead is responsible for leading and continuously improving global transactional procurement operations across Shared Services and selected non-SSC locations. The role acts as a key interface between Global Procurement, SSCs, and business stakeholders, ensuring efficient, compliant, and standardized Source-to-Pay execution worldwide.

• University degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in Procurement or Shared Services, with strong focus on transactional procurement (P2P / S2P)
• Proven leadership experience in GBS / SSC environments within large international organizations
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and systems (SAP, Ariba or similar)
• Experience leading international, cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Continuous improvement mindset (Lean / Six Sigma preferred)

,[Build, scale, and lead global procurement operations (“towers”) within SSC and selected country organizations, Ensure consistent execution of transactional procurement processes in line with Source-to-Pay (S2P) standards, Drive governance alignment across targets, KPIs, SLAs, and process templates defined by GPO S2P, Cooperate closely with the Procurement Support Desk on issue resolution and escalations, Monitor and manage service performance across procurement operations, Oversee key transactional activities: PR-to-PO, Vendor Master Data, P2P monitoring, compliance, Drive standardization of processes, tools, and best practices across regions, Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives, Act as the main interface between Procurement Operations, Global Procurement, Finance, IT, and the business, Represent Procurement Operations in global governance and review forums, Lead, coach, and develop regional procurement managers and their teams, Build a service-oriented, process-driven, and compliance-focused culture Requirements: Procurement, Shared Services, P2P, S2P, GBS, SSC Environments, SAP, Ariba, Stakeholder management, Communication skills, Lean, Six Sigma
