Responsibilities:

• Creating, maintaining, and governing master data accurately and on time to meet KPIs
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Harmonizing processes across regions and business units
• Acting as the primary contact for internal stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, IT)
• Identifying and mitigating data‑related risks, proposing new solutions and improving processes
• Delivering daily Master Data operations (onboarding, offboarding, amendments, query handling)
• Leading and supporting system integrations and automation projects
• Preparing data for SAP S/4HANA implementation and ensuring post‑implementation data quality
• Driving performance management by setting clear goals, tracking KPIs, and providing real‑time feedback

Requirements for Candidate:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Master Data management
• Proficiency in English
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively
• Creativity in proposing solutions and improving processes
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders
• Power BI knowledge is a plus
