Responsibilities:
- Creating, maintaining, and governing master data accurately and on time to meet KPIs
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Harmonizing processes across regions and business units
- Acting as the primary contact for internal stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, IT)
- Identifying and mitigating data‑related risks, proposing new solutions and improving processes
- Delivering daily Master Data operations (onboarding, offboarding, amendments, query handling)
- Leading and supporting system integrations and automation projects
- Preparing data for SAP S/4HANA implementation and ensuring post‑implementation data quality
- Driving performance management by setting clear goals, tracking KPIs, and providing real‑time feedback
Requirements for Candidate:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Master Data management
- Proficiency in English
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively
- Creativity in proposing solutions and improving processes
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders
- Power BI knowledge is a plus
