Manage the IT & Tech Procurement category for our international company, being responsible for setting the procurement strategy in partnership with the business, manage suppliers, drive savings and cash improvements on the category, and  liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.

• Min 5 years of IT procurement experience in a multinational corporate environment
  
• Degree in Economics/Fin, Management, Business Admin., IT or related area
  
• CIPS and/or IT industry certification desirable
  Skills & Competencies
  
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills, Negotiations with tier 1/2 suppliers incl. MSP, Supporting complex programmes, Running BAU RFX projects, Strategic thinking, Strong analytical skills & financial acumen, Ability to handle tight deadlines, Fluent in English
  Role Impact
  
• Define Procurement strategy for IT sub-category (within defined area of IT spend), connecting Procurement KPIs to stakeholders needs. Connection to 
  Stakeholders at all levels.

• Find best-value solutions for our IT and Tech needs, fit budget goals to savings pipeline within a complex organisational structure
  Scope & Team
  
• Manage our  portion of the category spend ($160m+ of total spend/year) across EMEA and APAC, manage category stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, cooperate with team members (add. 2 Category Managers, extended Procurement, IT Vendor Management Team).

,[Procurement strategy: develop sub-category strategy (within defined area of IT spend), provide market intelligence, know the global supply base, partner with internal/external stakeholders and transform business needs into the category strategy (KPIs: Savings, WAPT, Number of suppliers), Financial results: build project pipeline and monitor execution of productivity and savings projects to deliver savings goals, negotiate payment terms to deliver cash related goals, partner with stakeholders on efficiency improvements (KPIs: Savings, WAPT), Budgeting and forecasting: provide input to IT and Procurement budgets, monitor performance of the actuals versus budget, Commitment for Life: ensure responsible procurement and sustainability agenda is executed according to Natura &Co ambition. (KPIs: CSR and Sustainability KPIs), People: manage category stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams for project development and delivery, develop talent pipeline, Ensure compliance of the company’s policies and procedures for the category spend, Support the Procurement Excellence leadership on key strategic initiatives and projects Requirements: Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, Cafeteria system, Multisport card, Insurance.
