The Role
As a Procurement Manager EMEA you will lead and optimize indirect procurement activities supporting multiple manufacturing sites across Europe.
This role requires a seasoned procurement professional with a long-standing track record in industrial or engineering environments. A strong technical background is essential, as the position focuses heavily on CAPEX investments, MRO, utilities, and technical & operational service categories.
Operating in a complex, multinational setting, you will drive process improvement, strengthen supplier partnerships, and support major investment projects across the region. Reporting directly to the Procurement Director for Europe, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

The Responsibilities
- Lead indirect procurement activities across European production sites, with a focus on CAPEX, MRO, utilities, and technical services
- Manage complex change processes and multiple stakeholder groups across diverse geographies
- Build and develop strategic supplier partnerships, driving cost, performance, and innovation
- Conduct and lead strategic negotiations and support Group‑level contracting
- Ensure efficient, compliant, and value‑driven procurement operations aligned with regional and global strategies
The Requirements
- 15+ years of proven procurement experience in global, fast‑paced manufacturing or engineering‑driven organizations (senior‑level background is essential)
- Strong technical knowledge – Engineering degree highly preferred
- Deep understanding of industrial operations and production environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex priorities and stakeholder networks in a changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Fluency in English
