Procurement Graduate Programme, Poland, 2026

Join the GSK Global Procurement Graduate Programme – Poland, 2026: Help us get ahead of disease together.

Education required: Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BSc). Graduation by August 2026.

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in Polish and English.

Other requirements: Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations.

Location: Warsaw.

Expected start date: September 2026.

Over two and a half years, our Graduate Programme will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You’ll have three fascinating rotations that will give you a thorough grounding in Procurement management.

What will you do?

  • Discover the best ways to boost the profitability of a leading biopharma company.
  • Experience development opportunities, including formal training that will equip you to become a leader of the future and inspire action through influencing and negotiating.
  • Develop purchasing and negotiation strategies and demonstrate project leadership.
  • Negotiate at senior or executive management level with our supply base.
  • You will gain in-depth and cross-sectional insights into the GSK Procurement function.
  • You will lead contract negotiations and review financial proposals.
  • You will manage spends across multiple functions, including marketing, manufacturing and research.
