Overview

Procurement Direct Spend Specialist with Spanish or/and Portuguese – Lodz, Poland (hybrid work).

What will you be doing?

• Clarify demand specification with requester and provide guidance towards existing buying channels for indirect spend.
• Carry out spot buys by requesting supplier quotations, negotiate and prepare award decisions.
• Process transactional ordering based on framework agreements or spot buys by creating, changing, and releasing SAP purchase orders.
• Verify Purchase Orders against supplier confirmations.
• Provide procurement Helpdesk support to internal requesters on exceptional cases.
• Monitor supplier timeliness, conduct dunning (PO follow-up), and handle supplier complaints via SAP QM QNS.
• Initiate master data management (add/change supplier).
• Clarify PO/invoice mismatches.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor-s degree in Business, Logistics or other relevant field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in Procurement operations.
• Good understanding of procurement functions, processes, and buying channels.
• Practical experience in customer/supplier negotiation.
• Experience in supplier analysis and selection.
• SAP MM knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI is an advantage.
• Languages:
• English: B2 level (internal corporate language).
• Spanish and/or Portuguese: B2 level (working with customers).
