What we offer:

• Temporary contract, with the possibility of extension;
• Creating regular periodic and ad hoc reports for Procurement teams to support their decision-making and help in category management and strategic sourcing;
• Analyzes data and provides recommendations to the Procurement teams for areas of improvement, concerns, and value;
• Develops reports and visualizations to support a variety of use cases, from more data-heavy analysis to more refined dashboards, charts, and presentations;
• Uses superior interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with managers and functional partners at all levels of the organization;
• Utilizes procurement tools and other systems to perform the job.

What we expect:

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude;
• Strong attention to detail coupled with strong analytical capabilities;
• Excellent skills using database and office suites (Excel incl. advanced graphs, Access, Word, PowerPoint);
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Administration, Mathematics, or Economy;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in the Procurement department is a strong asset.
