About Our Client
Our Client is an international production company, located in Wrocław area (southern part).
Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and budgets.
- Manage supplier selection, negotiation, and performance, ensuring best value, quality, and reliability.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement processes to optimize stock turnover and minimize shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Finance departments to ensure smooth material flow and compliance with internal procedures.
- Oversee logistics and transportation of goods to and from the facility.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all warehouse and procurement activities.
- Manage and develop a team of warehouse and purchasing specialists, fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and monitor KPIs, reports, and budgets related to procurement and warehouse performance.
- Identify and drive cost-saving and process optimization initiatives across the supply chain.
The Successful Applicant
- University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, warehouse management, or supply chain operations, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and procurement tools.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
