Job Tasks:

• Support procurement in acquiring goods and services
• Manage and prospect suppliers
• Conduct market consultations
• Negotiate with suppliers
• Monitor orders and create POs
• Ensure compliance with SGI
• Define continuous improvement strategies
• Ensure timely delivery of materials
• Research logistics solutions
• Evaluate transportation options and costs
• Track orders and prepare shipping documents
• Coordinate shipments and ensure regulatory compliance
• Work with warehouse teams on shipments
• Coordinate transportation routes and schedules
• Address logistics issues promptly
• Identify cost-saving opportunities
• Analyze transportation costs and propose improvements
• Assist in logistics budget management
• Work with SAP (e.g., assigning PO numbers)
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in resources and logistics
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics and resources
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
• Attention to detail
• Coordination of data collection
• Interdepartmental collaboration
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to search for suppliers and partners
• Experience with SAP
