Establishing and enforcing appropriate procurement methods.
Optimizing performance by providing operational procurement support to the organization.
Supporting special projects / controls and business departments in providing best in class services.
Preparing and conducting monthly, quarterly and annual Porsche group reportings in the area of Tax.
Ensuring compliance in practice of tax reporting with external as well as internal regulations.
Managing supplier selection process: Review scopes, send quotation and information requests, examine and negotiate quotations, conduct business partner checks and risk assessments, coordinate final supplier selection.
Qualifications
Masters degree in the field of Business Administration / Logistics / Management / Controlling / Tax.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar job position.
Fluency in both English and Polish languages.
Good knowledge of Automotive Value Streams and Distribution Models.
Various practical procurement, sales or controlling experience.
Deep understanding of Reporting System fundamentals.
