Procurement & Copacking Specialist (SAP S/4 MM)

We’re looking for a Procurement & Copacking Specialist to own the co‑packing and direct and indirect procurement functional business process for a global premium consumer goods company’s S/4HANA transformation. This role leads process design, enables process digitization and innovation, and owns the strategic process roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysis and evaluation of differences in co‑packing and procurement processes within the Global S/4 template and local CEE Region needs, including best practice strategies (life cycles, product categories, cost‑estimation, compliance, quality and risk)
• SAP S/4 MM organization structure (vendor relationships, delegation of authority approvals matrix)
• KPI definitions (Capex spend, cost‑savings/reduction, process compliance, defect rates, PO cycle times)
• Developing an interaction model for collaborating with other business functions
• General internal policies (payment/quality requirements)
• Consider the strategic implications of cultural, legal and regulatory differences across different countries/regions that affect the accounting function
• Performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during the Test Stage of the project

Profile / Requirements

• Relevant academic background in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in co‑packing and procurement aspects, in both an organizational and operating context
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM module and procurement processes
• Experience with process design, optimization, and best practice implementation
• Understanding of vendor management and procurement strategies
• Familiarity with UAT and system testing methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English; any other language is a plus
